We responded to a customer call after a homeowner discovered that there were loud banging noises coming from her furnace. Our technician discovered that the issue was a cracked heat exchanger. After fixing it, we restored the furnace to proper functioning and resolved the issue for good.

One of our customers noticed water pooling around her indoor AC unit and discovered that the floor near the vents was damp. During our evaluation, we discovered that the culprit was a clogged condensate drain line. We unclogged the drain line which permanently stopped the water pooling.

A customer called us when their furnace stopped working on a cold winter day. After we inspected the unit, we discovered that the air filters were extremely clogged, which was causing the system to shut down due to overheating. We eliminated the issue by replacing the clogged filters with new ones.
