When a homeowner was dealing with a continuously running toilet,
they called us for help. During our inspection, we discovered that
the issue was a broken fill valve, which we repaired. By the time we
finished, the toilet stopped running and returned to proper
functionality.
Furnace Repair

We responded to a customer call after a homeowner discovered that
there were loud banging noises coming from her furnace. Our
technician discovered that the issue was a cracked heat exchanger.
After fixing it, we restored the furnace to proper functioning and
resolved the issue for good.

One of our customers noticed water pooling around her indoor AC unit
and discovered that the floor near the vents was damp. During our
evaluation, we discovered that the culprit was a clogged condensate

which we found was due to a hidden pipe leak. After a pipe repair,
we restored proper water flow to all of the plumbing fixtures
throughout the property.
Air Filter Replacement

A customer called us when their furnace stopped working on a cold
winter day. After we inspected the unit, we discovered that the air
filters were extremely clogged, which was causing the system to shut
down due to overheating. We eliminated the issue by replacing the
clogged filters with new ones.
AC Repair

A customer noticed a musty, moldy odor coming from their AC. We
found that excess moisture buildup had caused mold to grow within
the ductwork. Our team addressed both issues – the excess
moisture and the mold, which eliminated the smell.
